    Description

    ATA Services, Inc., is seeking a part-time, in person Administrative Assistant to work for our client, Vermont's Economic Services Division in the Department for Children and Families.

    Hourly rate

    $19.00

    Hours: Flexible,

    20 hours a week(4 hour shifts). Monday through Friday between 7:45 and 4:30.

    Location

    Barre, Vermont

    Duties:

    • General clerical support to the Admin Tech.
    • Reviewing applications, submissions, and other documents.
    • A variety of office management functions such as greeting clients and staff, reviewing and processing invoices, and routing requests for services or information to appropriate personel.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong computer experience, data entry, MS Excel, MS Word skills.
    • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • High School Diploma or the equivalent.
