Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluating warranty claims and goodwill requests
- Monitoring product quality
- Collaborating with service advisors and workshop managers
- Complying with reporting requirements
- Preparing warranty applications and complaint reports
- Submitting warranty applications and parts
- Scheduling appointments with customers and field representatives
- Checking credit notes and forwarding them to accounting
- Adhering to all guidelines in the areas of technology, warranty, customer service, technical problem solving, and argumentation
Your Qualifications:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Indepth knowledge of warranty claims
- Teamwork and customer service orientation
- Organized, structured, and meticulous work style
- Reliability, careful thinking, and organizational skills
- Positive and open demeanor
- Enjoyment of working in a team
