This role will require 3 days onsite in Richmond, VA. For non-local candidates, per-diem will be provided for travel and lodging expenses.

Insight Global is seeking several skilled Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Analysts to support a large client conducting an analysis phase to determine a path to move from PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 to Oracle Cloud ERP. The analysis phase will include conducting an assessment of the financial system business needs and performing a fit/gap analysis of those needs against Oracle's cloud-based financial solution (Oracle Cloud ERP). As part of this assessment, the analysis team will also evaluate in-scope, agency-based financial systems to solidify functional scope and determine the potential systems for migration to an Oracle Cloud ERP solution. Additionally, this analysis phase will result in the production of a Financial Global Design for the future financial system. The analysis team will work together to produce the following Deliverables:

· Inventory of agency-based financial systems

· Detailed list of new/updated business functional needs for in-scope functional areas

· Fit/Gap results comparison of functional needs against Oracle Cloud ERP solution components

· To-Be business process charts

· Change Impact Assessment

· Implementation phase approach, schedule, and cost estimate documents

· Financial Global Design for the future financial system

Qualifications:

Subject Matter Expert in one of the following areas: General Ledger, Capital Projects, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset, or Accounts Receivable
2+ years of recent experience developing requirements for Oracle Cloud ERP
Knowledge of system development life cycle: design, development, and testing of system objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion programs, Extensions/Modifications)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Public sector experience preferred
