    **Position Title:** Bonita Bartender

    **$1000 Sign-on Bonus Available**

    **Position Overview:** The Bartender is responsible for set-up, mixing of drinks, service and clean-up of bar area while ensuring quality service and resident satisfaction. Position will also assist with serving food and beverages to all residents and their guests.

    Applicants will need to possess a drive for excellence, have great interpersonal and communication skills while maintaining a professional appearance. Friendly, energetic and highly-motivated are the traits that will help you excel in this fast paced environment. We offer flexible work schedules and hours are not as late as most restaurants.

    **You Have:**

    High School graduate or equivalent; maybe working toward high school diploma or equivalent.

    Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instruction

    Restaurant experience preferred

    Must have current Florida Tips Alcohol Training certification, or successfully complete within the first 90 days of employment.
