As a Business Analysis Senior within PNC's Midland organization, you will be based with the PNC Midland footprint of Overland Park, KS, Dallas, Tx, Birmingham, AL, Pittsburgh, PA, or Cleveland, OH.The position will provide support to Product Managers, Product Owners, and others to organize and execute on new product development, product enhancements, and other change initiatives. As a member of a crew working on Midland's Commercial Loan Servicing products you will work to refine and document business requirements, document current and future state processes and procedures, and participate in the development of test plans and cases to ensure intended outcomes for initiatives.
