Keystone provides Audit, Accounting, and Advisory Services in the areas of financial and administrative management, organizational and business improvement, program management support, budget support, financial analytical services and reconciliation, technology management and staff augmentation.

Keystone is looking for Business Analyst to join our team supporting the FBI within NCR (remote work, but must be available for meetings in the NCR).

The Business Analyst formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both customers' needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Devise procedures to solve complex problems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirements specifications.

Provide consultation on complex projects while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Required Qualifications/ Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's or master's Degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing intelligence and threat analysis of the information.
Must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
Must be Proficient in reading written Mandarin Chinese.
Skill in written and oral communications, including the following abilities:

Translate complex and interrelated information into articulate presentations.
Compose substantive analytical reports.
Interact effectively as a member of a multi-jurisdictional investigative team.
Elicit information.
Develop cooperative relationships with international and/or domestic banking, financial and law enforcement officials.

Advanced ability to assist in the intelligence process, which includes the three steps - Collection, Production, and Dissemination
