Duties

The ILS/SLS Worker will provide 1:1 ratio assistance to the Consumer in the language of their choice, at home and in the community.

ILS/SLS/CFS Worker's Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Helping the Consumer to obtain his/her IPP objectives in line with their ISP.
Maintenance of documentation regarding Consumer's progress
Keeping consumer's information confidential
Taking case notes on each date of service and assisting in the assessment, planning and evaluation processes as needed
Maintenance of current car insurance and provision of transport for the consumer
Coaching the consumer based on approved curriculum.
Communicate with consumer's probation officer as appropriate and give update as to consumer's program progress when applicable.
24hour response to law enforcement issues regarding consumer when applicable
Court representation if, and when applicable
Teach/instruct consumers in all areas of curriculum.
Assist Consumer in all areas of need in line with consumer's IPP.
Work Hours depends on the programming established by consumer served.
24hour response to situations concerning consumers

Skills:

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
Experience with team management or supervision is a plus
Knowledge of medical office management is preferred but not required

$ $20.50 per hour
