    Lab Technician I

    Location : 1875 Lawrence St Suite 1400 Denver, CO 80202

    Pay rate : $18

    Schedule : 7am - 3:30pm

    1 hour with hiring manager

    What are the 3-5 primary specific duties/responsibilities on a daily basis for this role?? ?

    1. Works safely in a laboratory environment, actively adhering to all AM Food Safety and EH&S policies.

    2. Supports daily prioritization and preparation of incoming samples for testing.

    3. Analyze grains, seeds, flours, bakery mixes and finished product performance using wet chemistry, experimental milling and baking techniques, and bio-chemical analysis.

    The Lab Technician will work within the Analysical lab of the client Innovation Center-Denver HQ Lab. The analytical lab team comprises 5 other lab techs and a senior lab tech all reporting to a Analytical and Experiemental Milling labs manager.
