KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a valuable asset for the design team, providing expertise in drafting practices and procedures.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and relevant surveying software to efficiently complete tasks following CAGE standards and project deadlines.
• Create various project-specific drawings, including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, different types of Plats (Subdivision, Easements, Dedication, etc.), construction layout plans, and construction staking diagrams and calculations.
• Review project survey data to evaluate existing site conditions and critical development factors, such as legal descriptions, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
• Make edits and adjustments to plans as required by authorities, local governments, and clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Maintain effective communication with Project Managers, field crews, and team leads to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project completion.

Necessary Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification in CAD or Engineering.
• Previous experience with AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Trimble Business Center is a plus.
• Demonstrated focus, drive, and attention to detail.
• Strong willingness to learn and improve technical abilities.
• Fast learner open to receiving constructive feedback.
• Collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills.
