Responsibilities
To support our growing team in Leipzig, we are currently looking for a:

(Junior) HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time
What will be your responsibilities?

  • Independent management of a personnel department
  • Determination of personnel requirements and recruitment of new employees in your area of responsibility
  • Conducting job interviews and contract negotiations, as well as employee discussions
  • Advising our employees, specialists and managers on all personnel and labor law issues
  • Participation in HR projects and optimization of all personnel processes
  • Preparation of payroll

Qualifications
What sets you apart?

  • Completed (university) degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
  • First relevant work experience, possibly through internships or working student positions
  • Knowledge of human resources topics
  • Negotiation skills in English
