Your Responsibilities.
* Order acceptance and coordination of orders in coordination with adjacent departments (order acceptance, order confirmation and system entry) * Creation and tracking of offers * Organization of transportation, including creation of export documents * Customer correspondence, entry and maintenance of customer master data * Processing of complaints * Clarification of payment discrepancies / customer credit limit control * Preparation of information for the sales team * Management / coordination of various marketing tasks (labeling, packaging, etc.) Your Profile.
