Our new fast-casual restaurant is dedicated to serving wholesome fare crafted from premium ingredients. We prioritize offering patrons nutritious options without compromising on taste or affordability.
Our menu items are made from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients sourced locally where feasible, and ethically raised, antibiotic-free meats.
We shun the use of preservatives, artificial colorings, flavor enhancers, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). With a slow-cooked approach and swift service, our menu reimagines traditional American cuisine while catering to various dietary preferences.Role Overview:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with executive leadership to devise and execute growth strategies aligned with our core values, particularly expanding into new outofstate markets. Identify opportunities for margin enhancement and operational efficiencies.
- Business Expansion: Lead efforts to scout and evaluate potential expansion avenues, including new locations, partnerships, and business ventures. Conduct thorough market research and financial assessments.
- Operational Management: Provide guidance for daytoday operations across all outlets, ensuring operational excellence, uniformity, and adherence to brand standards.
- Facilities Development: Supervise new store construction projects, oversee facility upkeep, and navigate permitting and regulatory procedures.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Streamline supply chain processes to bolster efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality and consistency.
- Team Leadership: Cultivate a highperforming team and provide mentorship, guidance, and avenues for professional growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in restaurant operations, business development, and strategic planning.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and executing strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Demonstrated passion for the restaurant/hospitality industry.
- MUST be familiar with Southern California market
