    Description

    Master Craft Floors is a prominent player in the commercial flooring sector, striving to deliver top-tier expertise, craftsmanship, and service to every client. Our team of highly skilled INSTALL certified mechanics and project managers has been delivering exceptional commercial flooring solutions in Metropolitan Detroit and Las Vegas for over four decades.

    We are in search of a Floor Technician to join our team at our Plymouth, MI headquarters. The role offers a starting pay rate of $20.00 per hour.


    Responsibilities:
    - Maintain cleanliness of floors and carpets at assigned locations
    - Vacuum, mop, scrub, and utilize necessary machinery to eliminate stains
    - Place warning signs for wet or slippery floors
    - Ensure safe use of solvents and cleaners
    - Assist with furniture moving and other light cleaning tasks
    - Drive company vehicles to job sites
    - Shifts typically start in the afternoon/evening with some morning and midday work potential

    Minimum Requirements:
    - Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
    - Previous floor cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
    - Valid Driver's License and ability to pass drug screening
    - Authorization to work in the United States
