    Description

    Master Craft Floors is a prominent company specializing in commercial flooring services. With a legacy of over 40 years, our expert team at Master Craft Floors strives to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and top-notch service to every client. We are currently seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our headquarters in Plymouth, MI.

    We offer a starting pay range of $20.00 per hour for the successful candidate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the cleanliness of floors and carpets at assigned locations.
    • Perform various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and using specialized machinery to eliminate stains.
    • Ensure safety by placing warning signs for wet or slippery floors.
    • Adhere to safety guidelines when using solvents and chemical cleaners.
    • Occasionally assist with moving furniture and light cleaning duties.
    • Drive company vehicles to designated job sites.
    • Work shifts primarily in the afternoon/evening, with some morning and midday shifts available.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Demonstrated active listening skills and attention to detail.
    • Prior experience in floor cleaning or janitorial roles is beneficial.
    • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
    • Authorization to work in the United States.
