Join our team at Mastic 'ViaNobis - Die Eingliederungshilfe', a facility of Katharina Kasper ViaNobis GmbH.

We are currently seeking a part-time (75%) Occupational Therapist or Creative Therapist (m/f/d) to work in our day program at our location in Übach-Palenberg.

Your responsibilities will include providing guidance, support, and motivation to our participants with intellectual and multiple disabilities.

You will also promote structure, safety, and independence in daily life, as well as foster and maintain existing skills and abilities.

Additionally, you will create individualized and tailored handcraft, creative, and work therapy activities, both within the day program and in external settings.

Building connections and networking with local resources is also an important aspect of this role.

To be successful in this position, you should have a completed education or degree in Occupational Therapy or a completed further education as a Work Pedagogue.

Flexibility to work Monday to Friday in the day program, as well as two weekends per month, is required. Creative and manual skills, as well as a talent useful for the day program, are also desirable.

You should have the ability to adapt to the specific needs of our participants and lead a group with professionalism and respect for individuality.

Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred.
