Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing, asnswering phone and text, scheduling and back office assistance setting up treatment rooms and assisting patients to be comfortable in the treatment rooms.
- Assist with project coordination and followup tasks
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Process supplement orders and laboratory orders
- Inventory control
Experience:
- Previous experience as a clerk or office assistant is preferred
- Familiarity with dental and/or medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skillful team player
