Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Onsite Assistant Community Manager.

Job Summary:


The Assistant Community Manager assists the Community Manager in meeting the goals of Anza Management Company by promoting a quality living experience for the residents, creating a positive environment for the staff, and optimizing return on investment for owners.

Must be able to effectively direct the operations of the apartment property on Community Manager's days off and during other temporary time periods of the manager's absence.


Assistant Community Manager Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year experience as an assistant community manager of at least 100+ units
  • Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability may be needed
  • Must have a valid California Driver's License
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Required to live onsite

Compensation:
$17.00-$21.00 per hour + Apartment (may include lodging credit)

Assistant Community Manager Responsibilities:


  • Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
  • Good computer skills (property management software
  • Yardi (preferred), Excel, Word.
  • Experience with all financialrelated issues expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
  • Must be detailoriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
