We are currently seeking a Food Laboratory Technician (m/f/d) for our Quality Management/Quality Assurance department.

Your responsibilities will include conducting chemical, physical, and microbiological tests and product controls in the incoming goods department of the quality control laboratory, as well as handling and processing product holds and releases.

You will also assist with customer complaint handling and the preparation of complaint letters, maintain data in SAP, including evaluation and documentation of quality-related data, conduct sensory evaluations of bofrost products, perform equipment checks, and support the monitoring of HACCP/hygiene requirements in the packaging/production area and ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements in the laboratory.
