Our client is a medium-sized trading company with branches in the region and a wide range of tasks, combined with high flexibility in terms of working hours.

For their location in the greater Mannheim area, the company is looking for a Human Resources Employee (m/f/d) specializing in payroll.

Your responsibilities:
As a personnel clerk, you will be responsible for processing payroll for the company. You will also be the main point of contact for all questions related to payroll.

This includes:
creating contracts, communicating with authorities and social security institutions, reporting, and further development of the payroll system LOGA, as well as maintaining master data

Your qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on industry or office communication, good knowledge of MS Office, experience in payroll processing, knowledge of LOGA is desirable
