Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each child
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress
- Utilize early intervention strategies to support children's development
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Incorporate handson activities to promote learning in areas such as math, language, and social skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a preschool, daycare, or private school setting
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Ability to educate and engage young learners through creative teaching methods
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Proficiency in lesson planning and scaffolding for individual needs.
- A passion for working with children and fostering their growth and development
