    Dragados USA is looking for a Segment Crane Operator to join their team for the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel expansion project.

    Job Title: Segment Crane Operator


    Role Overview: The Crane Operator will play a vital role in the project, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the crane and rigging.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a safe and productive crane
    • Check radius and set up of the crane before operations
    • Provide input on lift plans
    • Collaborate closely with foremen on safety issues and toolbox talks
    • Perform additional duties as needed

    Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Heavy Civil Projects
    • Prior experience in rigging and signaling
    • Experience in bridge or tunnel operations
    • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Ability to interpret heavy construction plans
