Description

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide recommendations as needed
• Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers, tenants and individual owners.
• Paying property expenses, including bill pay, taxes, mortgages, payroll, insurance premiums and maintenance costs
• Calculate the customer's bill using the property management's computer system ensuring all prices are accurate
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges

• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Knowledge of expense recording is an asset
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area
• Time management skills to efficiently process transactions while providing excellent service
