At Med X, our team for performance management is growing. Our strength lies in our expertise in the field. The majority of our 200 employees are specialists from all areas of the healthcare system. With offices in Hamburg and Dortmund, we work in the field of supply and performance management for healthcare providers. We are currently seeking to strengthen our team at our Hamburg office with the following position:

Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
or Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)
for performance regulation in performance management

Our comprehensive performance management task is to review and potentially approve the performance requests of our clients' insured individuals, i.e. private health insurance, in order to ensure the best possible outpatient and semi-stationary care.

Your responsibilities:
  • You process, review, and regulate outpatient and semi-stationary performance requests made to health insurance companies
  • You handle telephone communication and written correspondence with all relevant contacts (patients, family members, doctors, hospitals, etc.)
  • You are the contact person (m/f/d) for insured individuals and our partners for medical, performance-related, and insurance-related questions
Your profile:
  • You have completed vocational training in an administrative profession, preferably in the healthcare or medical field (
