Sitework Laborer - Kalamazoo, United States - Balkema Sitework and Development

Description

We are currently seeking Laborers to join our Sitework Division.


Duties include:

• Hand dig as necessary
• Perform jobsite cleanup.
• Communicate with crewmembers and supervisors to ensure jobsite safety, production and quality standards are met.

General labor duties
- working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

• Operate routinely used hand tools and equipment—shovels
• Move materials around a job site.
• Use hand signals to coordinate actions with equipment operators and other crew members.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the jobsite location
:

• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strict Adherence to safety requirements, procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires time spent walking, standing, bending, lifting, climbing, and sitting.
• Applicants must demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to perform manual labor.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
