Payroll Clerk (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Computer-based recording of employee master data as well as variable payroll data in the areas of payroll and time management
- Assistance with monthly closing
- Preparation of DEÜV reports to health insurance companies
- Preparation of payroll certificates for insurance companies, authorities and agencies
- Management and administration of company pension schemes
- Support in the implementation of company agreements
- Processing and execution of travel expense reports
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification acquired through several years of professional experience
- Additional qualification in the field of payroll accounting desirable
- Several years of experience in the field of payroll accounting
- Sound knowledge of wage tax and social security law as well as basic knowledge of labor law
- Knowledge of common PC applications (SAP, Atoss, MS-Office, primarily Excel
