Globe Life's internship program offers a diverse opportunity to work in a specific department gaining hands-on experience as well as working on much larger team projects throughout the organization with exposure to senior management and mentors. This rigorous program ensures the opportunity for students to enhance new skills, obtain real-world experience, gain specific field-related exposure, and make important connections for the future.
The Sales & Recruiting Intern will focus on recruiting growth and sales strategies and other related activities required to support the sales and recruiting department for Globe Life Inc. (NYSE: GL) and its affiliates. The sales and recruiting Intern will research and present on a specific sector(s) and some (all) of its relevant constituents for management's review. This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate sales and recruiting.
We are currently hiring for our Summer Internship 2024 program. Placement will depend on a candidate's current coursework, track to graduation, and experience.
Job Description and Responsibilities:

Must have obtained at least a Junior or Senior status in a Bachelor's degree program (Social Media, Marketing, or other related fields)
We seek candidates who have excellent analytical skills, a focus on results, the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Qualified candidates must also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions.
Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
Minimum 3.0 GPA (Official Transcript May be Requested)
Ability to work 40 hours per week June 3rd, 2024 – July 26th, 2024.
