- Maintain employee files (include I-9's)
- Prepare HR-related reports and provide data analysis.
- Assist with new hire onboarding.
- Assist DER with DOT Drug & Alcohol program.
- Answer HR Dallas e-mails and in-coming calls: partner with appropriate HRBP for assistance.
- Review unapproved and unsubmitted timesheet report from payroll, make necessary adjustments and notify correct manager.
- Partner with Human Resource Business Partners to provide support related to ad-hoc projects.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or closely related field (required)
- Required to have 50% of degree completed (required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience providing administration support (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Must be able to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
