    Job Title: Technical Lead/Full Stack Developer

    Company: ASRC Federal ASTS


    ASRC Federal ASTS is looking for an experienced Technical Lead/Full Stack Developer with a TS/SCI clearance to join their team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the critical national mission of the US Space Force (USSF) by developing and implementing cyber capabilities to safeguard USSF mission systems.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary technical lead for all software development projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
    • Provide expertise in product increment planning using SAFe Agile to support program goals.
    • Maintain adherence to SAFe Agile methodologies for effective software development lifecycle management.
    • Develop and document software architecture to meet system requirements.
    • Lead software development using various programming languages.
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure software quality and security.
    • Collaborate with cybersecurity and operations teams for coordinated development efforts.
    • Ensure compliance with DOD RMF requirements.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing and validation activities.

    This position offers competitive pay ranging from $175,000 to $240,000, inclusive of benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision, and more. Join ASRC Federal ASTS and be part of a team dedicated to making a difference.


    Requirements:

    • Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP access.
    • 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on full stack development.
    • Expertise in SAFe Agile product planning.
    • Proficiency in software architecture, design, and programming languages.
    • Experience with agile methodologies and automation tools.
    • DOD 8570/8140 Certification.
    • Knowledge of software development best practices.
    • Preferably familiar with USSF or USAF.
    • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
