- PerformMonthly Profitability and VarianceAnalysis;
- Develop timely and accurate plantfinancial forecasts and annual budget;
- Identifyand carry out initiatives to improve profits, reduce costs,evaluate capital investments and make best use of availableresources;
- Perform monthly close process forthe plant;
- Review plant customer billingstatements for accuracy and terms and where appropriate work inconjunction with Corporate Credit Manager to resolve billing errorsor discrepancies;
- Support Standard Aero'sLeadership team in product cost/profitability analysis andmanagement; including standard cost updates and resource usageestimates;
- Plan and manage Inventory CycleProcess, perform monthly inventory reconciliation and annualphysical inventory
- Manage Standard Aero'sLeadership team in Costing process and Work ProcessInventory
- Lead Standard Aero compliance to withthe US Government Cost AccountingStandards
- Perform various special projects asassigned.
- 10+years financial planning and analysis experience in a manufacturingenvironment; Aerospace MRO industry experience aplus;
- Possess superior operational orientation,business modeling and analytical skills;
- Strongtechnology skills a must (Excel and Database tools); workingexperience with large ERP system a must, Oracle aplus;
- Experience in a standard costingenvironment;
- An undergraduate degree inaccounting required;
- Strong working knowledgeof GAAP accounting principles andpractices;
- Strong working knowledge of USGovernment Contract, the FAR and CAS Disclosurestatements.
- Demonstrates initiative and astrong sense of urgency to meetdeadlines;
- Ability to work in a fast paced,entrepreneurial environment;
- Must haveexcellent verbal and written communication skills.
