Marathon TS is looking for a HCM Consultant to support our efforts at DIA:


Responsibilities:


  • Implement Workday HCM modules
  • Provide postgolive support and enhancements
  • Guide clients on HCM configuration and implementation
  • Lead data conversion from legacy systems
  • Communicate project updates to clients
  • Mentor and share knowledge with team

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years implementing Workday HCM
  • Experience with endtoend HCM implementations
  • Deep understanding of HCM configuration
  • Workday HCM certification preferred
  • Consulting experience with Workday deployment partners
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to learn technology quickly
  • Leadership, collaboration, and problemsolving skills
  • Creativity, flexibility, and positive attitude
