    About the Job Position:

    Position: Shift Leader
    Salary: $17-18/hr


    About the Shift Leader Role at Rōti:

    Rōti, a fast-casual restaurant serving bold, flavorful Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, is looking for a Shift Leader to join their team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift without direct supervision from the General Manager. You'll be the go-to person in the absence of the manager, overseeing the team, maintaining high hospitality standards, and fostering strong working relationships among teammates.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set and uphold Rōti's standards with the team
    • Delegate tasks and ensure proper execution
    • Open and close the restaurant regularly
    • Train and develop team members
    • Ensure a positive atmosphere for guests and staff
    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
    • Handle customer concerns effectively
    • Ensure compliance with regulations
    • Other duties as needed
