Logistics Coordinators oversee supply chain operations and ensure the efficient and cost-effective distribution of goods.The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of our products, from the acquisition of raw materials to final product distribution.
A successful Logistics Coordinator should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipmentsMonitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity Arrange shipping of sales orders, purchase orders and transfersBookings for all international cargo air/ocean/parcel File of export declaration/SLI/EEI Timely handling of paperwork ISF to ensure compliance Booking of HAZMAT freight and Trade Show FreightCoordinate/track all inbound/outbound trafficCreate all shipment documentation and forward to proper parties for clearanceScan all paperwork to the Sage portalHandle special documentation requests COO, COC, proforma, etc.,Manage multiple email inboxes ; ; .comQuote parcel and freight shipmentsManage Direct Ship and Shipment Tracking Audit reports.
