- Handle inbound and outbound calls to consumers and dealers
- Verify stips and contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Review customer accounts in the funding queue and provide updates and information about the account
- Book and fund loans in accordance with Company policy
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer and dealer service
- Proactively manage dealer expectations and trends
- Other tasks as assigned
- Previous customer service experience is required
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to make appropriate judgment calls
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes
- Experience with required technology
- Passion for the work we do and the impact we are making
- Previous auto financing experience is a plus
- Fluency in English language is required; Fluency in Spanish is considered a plus, although not required
