At our production site in Climax, GA, we are currently seeking a Production Site Manager for our location in Kaufbeuren.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire segment of warehouse and logistics
  • Supervision of approximately 50 employees in a disciplinary and professional manner
  • Planning of employee capacities for the segment
  • Ensuring quality and productivity, as well as meeting deadlines
  • Developing optimization proposals and implementing them in collaboration with other departments
  • Close cooperation with upstream and downstream departments

Qualifications:

  • Completed engineering degree, technician training or equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of logistics processes and several years of practical experience in warehouse and logistics environment
  • Several years of leadership experience is required
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong cost awareness is expected
  • Assertiveness with a clear focus on results and solutions
  • Clarity in appearance and focus on employee motivation and development
  • Computer skills with a focus on MS Office/SAP applications
