- Provide engineering integration support between the USAF and the Minuteman III Guidance Subsystem Support Contractor.
- Review of technical work that requires knowledge and diversified application of engineering principles, theories, concepts, practices and techniques.
- Support the modernization of Guidance Subsystem support equipment by performing engineering analysis, research, and technical document reviews.
- Conduct research and gather technical data relevant to Department of Defense (DoD) specifications and requirements.
- Support the integration of new technologies into existing DoD systems or platforms.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documents or reports.
- Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure compliance with military standards and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address technical challenges specific to the MM III Weapon System.
- Attend briefings, meetings, and knowledge transfer session related to the MM III Guidance Subsystem.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

We are looking for an undergraduate engineering student to add their skills to our team supporting sustainment efforts for the Minuteman III (MM III) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system.
The candidate selected for this role will be part of the MM III ICBM Guidance Subsystem Integrated Product Team (IPT), supporting our customer, the United States Air Force (USAF), in various sustainment activities aimed to optimize Weapon System operational service and performance.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Undergraduate student currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
3rd Year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range:
$ $53730
Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan.
Temporary employees working 20 hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
