About the role

The Customer Service Rep. is responsible for scheduling customer appointments for profiled waste deliveries to Reworld facilities in an efficient and timely manner.

This includes coordinating with the facility, customer, and transporter to facilitate the delivery of acceptable material at the scheduled time.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls per week in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with facility personnel to ensure customers follow delivery guidelines and requirements. Contact customer when problem loads arrive at the facility.
  • Prepare Non
  • Hazardous labels, manifest, and other required paperwork that must accompany each load.
  • Solicit transportation and service requests for customers delivering within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Provide assistance and communication with the transporter on behalf of the customer.
  • Handle special projects assigned by Manager
  • Visit customers and facilities as necessary with Account Executive or Manager

Requirements:


  • Proven customer service skills (24 years' experience) required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are a requirement.
  • Detailoriented and handles stressful situations well
  • Must be proficient with productivity software (i.e. Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM)
  • Undergraduate Degree preferred.
  • Valid State Driver's License required.
