Role Description

This is a full-time role at Stienhardt & Stones in NYC Diamond District.

As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience.

In addition to this you will help with continuing our dominant social media presence by assisting in developing content for our platforms (TikTok, Youtube, Instagram/Facebook, and Pinterest)

• Friday (10AM 6PM)
• Saturday (Closed)
• Sunday (Closed)

Qualifications:

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
• Must be able to work in person and travel to NYC Diamond District daily
• Diamond and Fine Jewelry Knowledge is a plus / but we can train on the job
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge with content creation / ability to story tell and do voice overs.

Daily Tasks

• Assist Customers and educate them about Diamonds
• Create content for our social media platforms
• Schedule posts for Instagram stories
• Create promotional material for campaigns

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
