Overview:

SITE MANAGER (DTRK :
Bowhead seeks to netweek with a qualified Site Manager for an upcoming proposal effort at Fort Detrick, MD.

Responsibilities:

Job duties to include but not limited to:

Manage daily workload.
Oversees Quality Control Plan and contract deliverables
Provide required workload reports.
Meet with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the NEC Director to review operational status, discuss ongoing issues, and provide technical strategy for special projects.
Responsible for all operations, personnel management, and customer support.
Review system and equipment reports, identify conflicts in tasking; provide recommended solutions, perform site surveys, submit required documents for digging permits.
Monitor and diagnose switch alarms.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on switch hardware and equipment.
Diagnose and replace faulty switch circuit packs and switching equipment.
Resolve customer trouble calls related to data issues.
Install and troubleshoot T1 circuits.
Monitor and troubleshoot trunks.
Perform adds, moves, and changes.

Qualifications:

Experience in telecommunications management to facilitate all base operations.
Minimum of three years of experience in a management position directing the daytoday operations of a telecommunications team.
Ability to program switch and perform MACs to include maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
IAT Level II certification (COMPTIA Security+)
Avaya Communication Manager administrator training.
Avaya S8700 experience.
Active/recent U.S. government Secret security clearance.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
