Station Secretary / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) - Gynecological/Orthopedic Station NEA

As part of the inpatient nursing and treatment team, you will fulfill the following tasks:

  • First point of contact for patients, family members, and interfaces in administrative care
  • Administrative admission tasks that are not part of the nursing assessment and planning
  • Assistance with admission examinations, diagnostics, and treatment in the setting of the station
  • Information for patients before, during, and after treatment
  • Monitoring and supporting discharge management of the station
  • Assisting nursing staff in caring for patients on the station as instructed by the specialist personnel
  • Participation in knowledge transfer within the interdisciplinary team

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of social competence, independence, responsibility, and communication skills
  • Organizational skills, resilience, and ability to work independently as well as think and act in a solution-oriented and independent manner
