The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, supporting the government's real estate policy goals and providing necessary spaces and buildings for almost all federal authorities. As such, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and manage a diverse and colorful real estate portfolio, as well as the ecological use and maintenance of federal natural areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks, we are looking for innovative minds who think and act sustainably.

In the administrative tasks department, we fulfill a variety of asset interests of the federal government and BImA in different legal areas, fulfill international obligations of the Federal Republic of Germany, and deal with the consequences of German reunification. We work together with federal ministries, foreign armed forces, state and local authorities, as well as companies and private individuals.
