    Job Summary:

    The International Recruiting Program Specialist assists and executes global recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and onboard international candidates, students, or professionals. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders/managers and international students and partners. The Specialist plays a central role in planning and coordinating for placements of international students, coordinating outreach initiatives, and supporting international candidates throughout the recruitment, employment and stay lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement, and manage international recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
    • Coordinate global recruitment campaigns with sponsors, outreach events, and international travel programs
    • Maintain partnerships with international sponsors, agencies, and organizations
    • Manage recruitment pipelines, track applicant data, and prepare analytical reports on recruitment outcomes
    • Guide international candidates through application, screening, selection, and onboarding processes
    • Ensure compliance with immigration regulations, visa processes, labor laws, and organizational policies
    • Assist in coordination of logistics related to international recruitment, including travel, events, interviews, and onboarding
    • Represent the organization at international recruitment fairs, conferences, and networking events
    • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency

    Required Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management abilities
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
    • Ability to adapt to constantly changing work environment and look for solutions

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in administration / customer service fields
    • Basic familiarity with visa sponsorship processes (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1 OPT/CPT, TN, etc.)
    • International travel experience
