- You have a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in media strategic work, either from the agency, media, or client side.
- You are well-versed in media and marketing and have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, but also have experience in other media types and the synergies between them.
- You are accustomed to driving and developing assignments independently and bringing the workgroup along in what you do.
- You are a good presenter with high social competence and excellent communication skills.
- You have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, and handle English both in writing and orally.
- Have a background in business development, project management, and media planning.
- Have an economics degree or equivalent from a university/college.
- A proactive and participatory role that spans across multiple client teams and departments.

We are looking to strengthen the Mindshare team with a commercially driven, solution-oriented Client Director.
Key for us is to find a client obsessed professional who can bring a holistic approach to the bigger picture as well as elevating the daily work we do, in delivering on our clients' media and marketing goals.
To succeed in the role, you need to have a solid level of understanding when it comes to the media landscape and the ecosystem synergies between the various media types.
You are curious and interested in what is going on in the industry and you are good at combining the realities of the here and now and the more long-term needs and must do's.
