    Position Overview
    We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team.

    You will work closely with our design and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.

    This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with a talented team, and make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

    Responsibilities
    Develop user-friendly web applications that meet our clients' needs and business objectives
    Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional web pages
    Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
    Optimize application performance and ensure high scalability
    Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices

    Requirements
    Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
    Proficiency in frontend technologies such HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
    Experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or (we use React)
    Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and package managers (e.g., npm)
    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to move forward in spite of ambiguous success criteria
    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment

    Work Expectations
    Be a Brite expert user. Knowing the tool inside and out will ultimately make you successful with this role.
    Google Meet camera on for all internal and external calls - Mullet Dress Code - be comfortable, but ultimately we love sneakers/Jordan's and t-shirts here at Brite
    40 hrs per week
    Flexible PTO - rule of thumb - 3 days heads up for every 1 day off - put in the Brite Vacation Calendar
    Time over 2 weeks needs approval from Manager
    Take the time you need to be able to give us 100%
    You are part of the team and you have a seat at the table at all times. Be loud and vocal about the product, our clients, and how we are disrupting this industry

    Benefits
    Medical Contributions at 80% for all tiers

    HSA Contributions:
    $4,000 annually


    Adventure Fund:
    $1,000 annually


    Internet:
    $900 annually


    Wellness:
    $900 annually


    Babysitting/Petsitting:
    $1,200 annually
