We are seeking an Inventory Specialist who brings unwavering professionalism and meticulous accuracy to the position, and who has exceptional math and observation skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tracking inventory maintenance
• Reporting to management.
• Compiling inventory reports.
• Forecasting future inventory requirements.
• Make sure the inventory is correct for the current products that are being built.
• Do physical part counts when needed.
• Do visual part counts weekly
• Remove parts used and sold daily.
• Add parts as made or purchased when obtained.
• Package and ship parts as sold.
• Maintain the computer system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Degree or GED
• Must be 18 or older.
• Minimum of 3 experience in the field.
• Maintaining Inventory daily in QuickBooks Accounting Software
• Minimum of two years of experience in QuickBooks Accounting Software
• Some technical and mechanical aptitude
• Positive Attitude
• Accuracy and Attention to detail

• Inventory management: 3 years (required)
• Inventory control: 2 years (required)
