Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly competent leader with excellect skill sets in Personal Training, management and sales to join our team.

This position would call for training 8-10 sessions per week and managing the productivity of the team of trainers.

It would also call for completeing trials and following them through to the end of the sales process before they get released to the team of trainers.

The singular focus of this position is to develop the Adult Training business via 1/1 personal training and large group training.

You will master the starting point integration process and work with our team and clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through customized exercise plans and lifestyle recommendations.

• Adult Client satisfaction ratings
• Referral Totals
• Team Satisfaction Rating of GM
• Team Core Values Rating of GM

Duties:

• Daily
• Oversee Adult Training Operation
• Ensure team is timely and in uniform
• Schedule management
• All sessions checked out & accounted for in member management software
• Make Sales Calls
• Perform trial session with leads
• Determine trainer and discuss programming for maximum client satisfaction
• Keep a well documented dashboard and update daily
• Hold Team accountable to the Trainer Playbook
• Weekly
• Group Meeting with Trainers
• 1/1 weekly individual meetings with trainers
• 810 Personal Training essions per week.
• Monthly
• Quarterly
• 1/1 meeting with Owner
• Hold 1/1 quarterly meeting with team
• Annually
• 1/1 Meeting with Owner

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design.
• Experience in group fitness instruction, or personal training.
• Proficiency in sales techniques to promote personal training services and upsell packages.
• Familiarity with health club operations and fitness equipment.
• Background in physical education or related field is a plus.

Pay:
Up to $100,000.00 per year
