Your tasks
We are looking for a (technical) team assistant & PMO (m/f/d) for our global Operational Excellence & Facility Management department at our Pfreimd location.
In this role, you will support the OPEX & FM department in daily operations and take on project-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Administration of databases, systems, or software used for technical processes and projects (e.g. Quentic)
- Assistance in project coordination (PMO), including scheduling, resource management, and communication between project teams
- Support in preparing audits and documenting and implementing audit measures
- General administrative tasks (e.g. time tracking, scheduling appointments, workshops, travel, procurement and management of IT equipment and office supplies, maintenance of planning lists and the OPEX SharePoint)
Your qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial training with advanced training (e.g. technical business administrator (m/f/d)), as well as first experience in project-related work
- Interest in technical and organizational tasks
- Experience in occupational safety, energy, and environmental management is an advantage
- High IT affinity and digital competence
- Flexibility, organizational skills, and teamwork
- Excellent English skills,
