is looking to expand our team The role of Transportation Manager is a key position to ensuring the safe transport of our clients and staff to therapy services.

• Oversee and manage the transportation operations of the company (
  Will be expected to drive routes daily)
• Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including route planning, vehicle maintenance, and driver assignments.
  Must have strong computer skills as all documents are digital.

• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
• Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain performance
• Manage relationships with transportation service providers and negotiate contracts
• Resolve any transportationrelated issues or customer complaints in a timely manner

• Must have a valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
• Proven experience in transportation management or a similar role

Individuals interested will be required to submit clearances including PA Criminal Background, PA Child Abuse, PA Mandated Reporter, FBI Fingerprint, driver report.
