Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers
- Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for expanding the customer base
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate discounts and pricing
- Utilize software tools for sales tracking and customer management
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a dealership or retail setting
- Knowledge of market trends and competition
- Proficiency in retail math calculations
- Familiarity with sales software systems
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in outside sales is a plus
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
