Responsibilities:


  • Project management and leadership during the bidding phase until completion
  • Supervision of HOAI service phases 68, with a focus on phase
  • Communication with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Quality assurance

Profile:


  • Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in bidding and construction supervision
  • Proficient in AVA programs (preferably CaliforniaPro), MS Office, and MS Project
  • Experience with Lean Management methods and digital construction site tools is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Willingness to travel (usually around Stuttgart, possibly further with overnight stays)
  • Driver's license class B
