Amazon Transportation Services Europe (ATS EU) is a dynamic team led by Logan that is revolutionizing transportation planning and execution within the Middle Mile operations network.

Our team is constantly developing and implementing innovative transportation management strategies to improve the efficiency and customer experience of our transportation network.


The EU ATS Network Operations (NetOps) team is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Transportation Capacity Management.

In this role, you will be a key member of the central EU ATS Network Operations team, working closely with our ATS Supply Chain teams, Sort Centers, Freight, and technology departments around the world.

As the Senior Program Manager, you will lead large-scale initiatives to innovate our transportation capacity and execution processes. You will tackle complex and ambiguous problems to deliver actionable results and collaborate with other teams to maximize impact.

Your responsibilities will include scoping and defining business insights and opportunities, with a focus on automating various use-cases in the long term.

You will utilize large datasets and analytical research to influence teams' understanding and drive decision-making. This role is highly cross-functional, and you will work with other Program Managers and Senior Leadership from Sort Centers.
